Overview of Coaching
Coaching is a reflective conversation focused on leveraging and enhancing an individual's or a team’s skills, knowledge, abilities, and perspectives to achieve goals and further engagement in a safe, structured, and trustworthy environment. Coaching is a client-driven process that’s distinct from other service professions, such as counseling, mentoring, consulting and training.

Organizational development (OD) interventions are planned programs and processes that aim to improve an organization's effectiveness, performance, and health. They are a response to a need for change and can help businesses achieve specific goals.
OD interventions can address issues such as:
Process, Performance, Knowledge, Skill, Will, Technology, Appraisal, Career development, Attrition, and Top talent retention.

Our Coaching Process
1. Discovery Call
Before we begin any coaching, we have what we call a discovery call. A discovery call takes place between the coach and key stakeholders involved with the coaching, and involves a discussion of :

client's goals and desired outcomes from coaching
2. Choose Coaching Package
Once the discovery call takes place and client agrees to enroll in executive coaching, the client chooses a coaching package that aligns with their goals and aspirations. We will work with you to choose the best package that fits your unique needs.
3. Program Onboarding
After client chooses package that fit their needs, onboarding begins. During the onboarding step we will send you:

material specific to your coaching package

discuss any questions you have before coaching begins

4. Individual Development Plan
Regardless of the coaching package you choose, we will create a custom individual development plan based on your goals and desired outcomes.
5. Coaching Sessions Begin
During the coaching sessions we will work through your topic of choice. Coaching sessions will conclude based on the contract agreement.
6. End of Coaching Program
Coaching concludes and offboarding begins. During offboarding we will discuss the clients overall experience and growth during the coaching program. We will also provide you tools to help you sustain your growth
